Pull Apart Cinnamon Bread Recipe | How Tasty Channel

Sweet brioche bread with a crispy outside and a super soft cinnamon buttery heart. The dough is stacked in layers, so the filling is spread evenly and it makes possible the pull apart effect.
The smell while baking is absolutely unforgettable, this is the perfect Fall and Winter comfort food.
You can prepare it the day before, store it in refrigerator for one day, then let it rise for 30 minutes at room temperature and bake it.
I sugget you to serve it warm, you won’t regret it!

  1. This Cinnamon Bread is the best comfort food you could have on a chilly day…when you'll bake it, your home will smell like Fall and Festive Winter days <3

  2. I have tried this recipe! It is PERFECT! Before making this I was afraid that 100g of sugar for filling could be too sweet but it turned out wonderful!! I braided and rolled them in a muffin tray, definitely will make it again!

  3. Where on earth are you people that you have the time to spend all this work to make something that can be made in much less time? I can make this from start to finish in 3 hours or less. Oh yes I never have to clean up a mess after I am done. I never measure anything or mix and kneed. Check out Rhodes Bread or any other brand, so much easier than all the work. Oh by the way nobody will ever know if you don't tell them what you did and yes you can do this everyday if you wish.

FORGET A THE WORK AND ENJOY THE EATING THAT AWAITS YOU.

  4. Strange recipe as written. 3 cups of AP does NOT equal 450 grams by any standard. Traditional calculation would consider 1 cup = ~120g.
I used a scale and started with 400g, intending to add additional flour if needed. Not only was it not needed (no pun intended haha), but 400 ended up being a little too much, and my resulting dough was not as tacky as in the video. Of course there are variables such as humidity (my apartment is very dry) and size of the eggs, etc. Nonetheless, if you are using a scale, I would start with 385g flour for this amount of liquid and add more as needed.
