How long has it been since you had this perfect backyard picnic treat? Just mix your favorite barbeque sauce with some chicken, pile it on a bun, and top with what you like! No recipe needed!

  1. I make my own BBQ sauce. It is easy…two parts ketchup, to one part vinegar and one part brown sugar. If you want it sweeter add more sugar, or if your want more tang add more vinegar. Then you can add pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, a spoon of mustard, any spice or herb that you like. Also, I make my own coleslaw dressing…1/2 cup of mayo, two tablespoons of vinegar, two tablespoons of sugar…again more or less sugar and vinegar according to your taste. I realize this takes a tad longer over ready made, but it is more economical and you can customize the sauces to your preferences.
