If you love pumpkin spice flavors like I do, then you’re going to love this super easy Vegan Pumpkin Spice Smoothie that is also made paleo and dairy-free.
Here is the full recipe for this 6-ingredient healthy pumpkin smoothie recipe.
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 coconut milk ice cubes (or ¼ cup chilled coconut milk)
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
In the pitcher of a high speed blender, combine the almond milk, pumpkin puree, coconut milk, frozen banana, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup.
Process on high for 30-45 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve cold.

HI everyone, for some reason the addition of pumpkin puree got cut from the video. You do need to add 1/4 cup of pure pumpkin puree to this smoothie recipe. Enjoy!
