Quick and Easy Berry Mousse | No gelatin, no cornstarch #easyrecipes



Whip up this velvety berry mousse with for a protein-packed dessert in no time 🫐🍓

Ingredients:
300 g silken tofu (10.5 oz)
125 g mixed berries (1 cup)
2.5 tbsp maple syrup (or honey) – adjust to your preference
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

Instructions:
1. Blend soft tofu, berries, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
2. Add nut butter and blend again, ensuring it’s fully incorporated for a rich, smooth texture.
3. Pour the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large container.
4. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight to allow the mousse to thicken and the flavors to meld.
5. Serve chilled, optionally topping with extra berries, a dollop of whipped cream, or a sprinkle of crushed nuts for added texture.

  2. You can make baller chocolate mousse this way too. 4oz melted chocolate, 1 tsp espresso powder, and a block of silken tofu. I make it with bittersweet and top with loads of berries. Really hits the spot since I’m lactose intolerant and cream is the worst offender.
