▶Less Than 20 Minutes Meal Idea!!
Ingredients: (For 2 Servings)
10oz (300g) beef for bulgogi
7oz (200g) broccoli
1/4 a carrot
half an onion
2 mushrooms
4 green onions
1/2T corn starch
2 bowls rice
Bulgogi Sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cooking wine or mirim
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
a little pepper
1 teaspoon gochugaru (optional)
