INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
320g pasta
2 yellow peppers
1/2 large onion
2 slices of bread without milk
1/2 lemon zest
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
METHOS
Spread the bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with salt and extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 390°F (200°C) until they are golden and crispy, then blend well. Toast it further in a pan with extra oil, salt and lemon zest.
Take the peppers, clean them and cut them into strips. Slice the half onion.
In a pan add oil and let the onion wither. Then add the peppers and let them stew. Cook them for about 15 minutes. If necessary, add half a glass of water.
Once cooked, blend the peppers and pass them through a sieve to remove all impurities. Pour the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Halfway through cooking, transfer them to the pan with the pepper sauce and cook the pasta again by adding water whenever necessary.
Plate up, add the cream, the crunchy to the bread and decorate with what you like the most. Ottimo!
