Ingredients:
• 800g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
• 6 egg yolks
• 365g pure cream
• Optional: white chocolate for topping
1. Blend and melt the dark chocolate.
2. Add egg yolks and pure cream, then mix together.
3. Pipe into individual ramekins.
4. Top with shaved white chocolate.
5. Refrigerate and enjoy!
