Ingredients:
âĸ 800g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
âĸ 6 egg yolks
âĸ 365g pure cream
âĸ Optional: white chocolate for topping
1. Blend and melt the dark chocolate.
2. Add egg yolks and pure cream, then mix together.
3. Pipe into individual ramekins.
4. Top with shaved white chocolate.
5. Refrigerate and enjoy!
