  2. I don’t know if I’m weird ? But, I hate wine in my food, Red or White, actually any alcohol in a recipe puts me off it, is there an alternative ? Obv I’d do it without wine but I’d like to know if something else can elevate a dish

  3. Easy, to the point, delicious. When people talk about not being able to cook they aren’t aware that you can make really delicious food with little skill, just need the information and a little bit of instinct as to when to move from one step to the next; that takes time and experience but the recipes can be easy.

I’m switching over to cooking with steel pans and cast iron I do watch the steelpanguy but I’m interested in hearing your thought process with cooking with them and deglazing and fond and everything. As a bachelor I absolutely love your content for new cooking ideas and of course gotta support awesome Canadian content when we find it!!!

  5. Love that i found this page…guy is quick and to the point and cooks with love…reminds me of another page I used to frequent…daddy jacks cooking with the blues…he unfortunately passed away a few years ago so it's nice to find another good restaurant page.
