how can you not love the simplicity of this recipe. notice how the Chef layers the flavors. dont just dump everything in. you can add this dish to anything starchy, like mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, and my fav, coarse cornmeal polenta. Chef, what's the difference between Gumbo and Jambalaya?
