Our family's "makaronia me kima" was basically making the mince meat sauce, and then separately making whatever pasta you wanted. We mostly had it with spaghetti or something like penne, since both are pretty easy to make while the mince sauce is setting.
I didn't know you could cook pasta like that.

The amount of salt! Wtf. This is more than enough sodium to put a family of 4 to sleep permanently. Why? You are adding parmesan anyway. Parmesan is already 1.5% salt. How much salt foes anyone need?
Not a lot of nutrition. Add some spinach or something. This is just a belly filler. Pasta turns i to sugars and cheese is an inflammatory ingredient. Just saying. 😊
It'd be even better if you add a stick of cinnamon, a clove of garlic, some spices, a bit of tomato paste and a bit of sugar if your tomatoes (or tomato juice) is on the acidic side
