You can bake this quick spelt bread in much less than 90 minutes. When I first came across this recipe, I had my doubts that it will turn into a good bread. I tried in anyway and was surprised: It is a fantastic bread that stays fresh for much longer than other yeast bread.

It looks hard and dry, quite yuk. I've noticed German breads are often like that. Not light or delicate. The woman's presentation is really dull and boring.
