2 KIWIS
2 GRAMS OF RED CABBAGE
1/2 LITRE OF WATER
Put everything in a blender and till the ingredients become smooth.

WRONG this smoothie is not good for diabetics to much Sugar
Way to much sugar in the fruit for a diabetic. I suggest the ingredients be green veggies with no fruit. Do not suggest a diabetic drink this. That is incorrect council .

Bananas have a lot of carbs period so diabetics are only supposed to have half a banana in one serving and then small apples they can only have one in a serving cabbage is bad for diabetics the sugars sky-high. Bad tips. 👎
