Ingredients List
.
* 1 cup water (for cooking ragi)
* 1/2 tsp Ghee
* Pinch of salt
* 1 tbsp Ragi flour (Finger Millet flour)
* 3 tbsp water (for mixing ragi)
* 5-6 soaked almonds
* 2 pods cardamom (elaichi) powder
* 1 apple (cored and chopped)
* 3-4 de-seeded dates
* 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk (e.g., almond/soy/oat)

Recipe Steps
.
– In a pan, add 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp Ghee, and a pinch of salt. Let the water boil.
– In a small bowl, take 1 tbs Ragi flour. Into that add 3 tbs water, mix it well and add this Ragi mixture into boiling water.
– Continuously stir this mixture, and cook for 5-7 min on medium flame. It should become thick liquid.
– Let this mixture cool down, then take it in a blendar jar.
– Into the blendar jar, add 5-6 soaked almonds, 2 elaichi powder, 1 apple, 3-4 de-seeded dates and 1/4 cup of your choice of milk / almond milk.
– Blend everything together.
