🌸【1週間無料】あおいがもっと近くなる♪新しくなったエプロン会員募集中！ 🌸レシピが見やすい公式サイト —————————- 🍚大人の中華丼（大人1人分） 乾燥きくらげ…1g 冷凍シーフードミックス…40g ごま油…2.5g 野菜ミックス…100g 豚こま切れ肉…70g 生姜チューブ…少々（1g） にんにくチューブ…少々（1g） 水…150ml 鶏ガラスープの素…少々（0.4g）←小さじ1/7くらい しょうゆ…小さじ1と1/2（9g） 砂糖…小さじ1（3g） うずらの卵…2個（20g） 片栗粉…小さじ1と1/2（5g） 水（片栗粉用）…小さじ2（10g） 温かいごはん…200g 🍚作り方 1 きくらげは水に浸して戻し、さっと洗う。冷凍シーフードミックスは、流水で表面の氷を取り除いておく 2 フライパンにごま油を熱し、野菜ミックスを入れて中火で約5分炒める。軽く火を強くして焦げ目がついたら水を回しかけ、焦げをこそげとるように炒める 3 豚肉を手で食べやすい大きさにちぎって加え、シーフードミックス、きくらげ（大きい場合は手でちぎる）、生姜チューブ、にんにくチューブを加える。豚肉の色が変わるまで炒める 4 水、鶏ガラスープの素、しょうゆ、砂糖、うずらの卵を加えて、弱火にして10分ほど煮込む 5 火を止めて、水溶き片栗粉を加える。とろみがつくまで弱火でさっと煮る 6 ごはんの上にかける ＊作る量・フライパンの大きさによって水の蒸発量が変わるので、様子を見て水を加減してください。 ＊1人前で作るよりも2～3人前で作る方がうま味がでやすいので、少し多めに作って冷凍保存しておくのがおすすめです。 ＜冷凍保存＞ 保存方法：粗熱が取れたごはんを保存容器に入れ、うずらの卵を除いた粗熱の取れた中華あんをのせる。ふたをして冷凍する。 食べるとき：ふたを少しずらしてのせ、電子レンジ（600W）で5〜6分加熱する。 保存の目安：冷凍で約2週間以内に食べきる。 #中華丼 #給食 #レシピ #献立 #料理 —————————- 🌸あおいの給食室とは？ 食事摂取基準を基に栄養価計算された薄味・低塩の「あおい考案レシピ」を紹介するチャンネルです。大人もおいしいと評判で、介護食にもぴったりです。 🌸各リンクはこちらから —————————- イラスト：しろくじら+し source
