* Chicken Pakoda Recipe 🍗🌶️
📝 Ingredients (सामग्री)
Boneless Chicken – छोटे टुकड़ों में कटा हुआ
* Onion (प्याज़) – बारीक कटा
* Crushed Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) – स्वाद अनुसार
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) – बारीक कटी (optional)
* Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)
* Red Chilli Paste (लाल मिर्च की पेस्ट)
* Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Gram Flour (बेसन)
* Cornflour (कॉर्नफ्लोर)
* Salt (नमक) – स्वाद अनुसार
* Oil (तेल) – डीप फ्राय के लिए
🍳 Instructions (विधि)
1. एक बाउल में कटे हुए बोनलेस चिकन के टुकड़े डालें।
2. उसमें बारीक कटा प्याज, काली मिर्च, हरी मिर्च (optional), अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च की पेस्ट, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गरम मसाला, धनिया पाउडर, बेसन, कॉर्नफ्लोर और नमक डालें।
3. सभी मसालों को अच्छे से चिकन में मिलाएं ताकि कोटिंग अच्छे से हो जाए।
4. अब इसे 15-20 मिनट तक मेरिनेट होने दें।
5. एक कड़ाही में तेल गर्म करें और चिकन के टुकड़ों को मीडियम आंच पर गोल्डन ब्राउन और क्रिस्पी होने तक डीप फ्राय करें।
6. गर्मागर्म सर्व करें चटनी या सॉस के साथ। 😋
