  31. Chicken wing 500 g

    Brining 30 min
    3tsp sirka
    1tsp namak
    1.5 glass water

    then wah with fresh water

    3tsp gadhi dahi
    1 tsp salt
    1tsp kali mirch powder
    1tsp kuta dhaniya
    1 tsp ginger powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1tsp lal mirch powder
    Mix well and let rest for 30 min

    2 cup maida
    1/4 tsp namak
    1/4 tsp lal mirch powder
    1/4 tsp garlic ginger powder
    1/4 tsp kali mirch powder mix all

    Coat and dip in plain water again coat
    Heat oil on medium flame and start frying on medium low flame
    Put chicken when bubble start
    Fry on medium low 1 min each side for 12 min total fry
