How to make an easy raspberry smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Frozen Raspberries (210g)
1 Banana
2 Tablespoons Honey (30ml)
1/2 Cup Yogurt (150g)
1 Cup Milk or Milk Substitute (240ml)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
