  1. People talk about British food crimes, but nothing really prepared me for when I went to a fish and chips place over there and was served….savory coleslaw.

  2. I think there's two kinds of youtube cooking channels: Those who want to impress and those who want to teach. Or at least motivate.
    The first group is way more concerened with looks than taste, so they prioritize lighting, cuts and caamera work. But honeastl, the stuff people like Zach Choi and Bayashi make is barely edible. They just know how to make it look good when it really isn't.
