ライスペーパーを使ってソーセージ風に仕上げた、食べ応え抜群の一品をご紹介！しっかりと焼き付けることでライスペーパーが焼けてカリカリ、中はジューシーに仕上がります。ハーブソルトを使うことで味付けはスパイスいらずで手軽に仕上げました♪ ▶︎チャンネル登録はこちら ▶︎詳しくは”無料の公式アプリ”から検索！ ■材料 (2人分) ・豚ひき肉 300g ・ライスペーパー 6枚 ・オリーブオイル 大さじ1 ☆調味料 ・おろしにんにく 小さじ1 ・ハーブソルト 小さじ2 ・こしょう 少々 ・片栗粉 大さじ2 ■手順 (1)ポリ袋に豚ひき肉、☆を入れて粘りが出るまでよくもみこむ。袋の口を閉じ、ハサミで袋の端を切り落とす(肉だね)。 (2)まな板の上に、ぬらして水気を切ったキッチンペーパーをおく。 (3)ライスペーパーの半量(3枚)を水に2〜3秒さっとくぐらせ、2cm程度ずつ重なるように3枚並べてくっつける。下から2cmほどあけ、肉だねを半量絞り出す。細長く形を整えて両端を内側に折りたたみ、手前から奥側に向かってきつく巻き、1本の棒状にする。片側の端を中心にしてぐるぐると巻き、うずまきの形にする。同様に計2個作る(ソーセージ)。 (4)フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れて中火で熱し、ソーセージを入れて焼き色がつくまで焼く。 (5)上下を返し、ふたをして肉に火が通るまで弱めの中火で6〜8分ほど蒸し焼きにする。(竹串をさして、透明な肉汁がでてくるのを目安に焼き時間を調節してください。ふたを取るときには蓋から水滴が落ちると油がはねやすいので、再びふたを閉め、火を止めて焼ける音が落ち着いてからふたを開けるようにしましょう。お好みで粒マスタードなどをつけてお召し上がりください。) ▶︎au Shortでもデリッシュキッチンの簡単レシピを配信中！ ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- 声：音読さん source
