The ultimate carbonara video on this platform.
Rest in peace dear Antonio
This is not a carbonara, this is garbage. There is absolutely no oil.
The greatness of this man is that even though he struggled with depression, he managed to be a gentle person. Regardless of his cooking skills as a chef. Rest in peace!
i'd like to see anthony and Marco Pierre White cook carbonara together since they don't see eye-to-eye on the way to make it – that'd be a fun watch.
"No cream. Absolutely Forbidden".
Yes sir! We shall repeat those words forever! ❤
Not the real carbonara ….
1 no olive oil
2 put little pasta water and toss the pasta
RIP <3
Super !!! Greetings from Poland !

Grazie Maestro
For such many years, this video is still legendary and classic, thanks Antonio.
he was doing great, until we said "put some olive oil" ! how come people trust him only because he has this fake italian name. this is not how carbonara is done, go make pan cakes dude.
i am so sorry jamie, i didnt have eggs at home so i used milk, i have dishonored you
Thank you Chef Antonio, RIP. Over the years I tried many recipes and this is the best so far. I just made some modifications on my own:
1. I drain the pork oil fully before adding pasta;
2. I add a cup or two of spaghetti water to the sauce gradually and depending on serving size.
Thank you and love this channel ❤
2 things the english will never beat italians at football and cooking ??? The best food in the world bar none !!! Antonio was known as the master and gennaro cataldo was his student ??
I loved this chef the super chef for me
unde e smantana
Other than I've learned from a real Italian nonna, this is the best carbonara on YT. I'll tell you the two differences: I've learned to put the guanciale straight into the pan, without any oil or butter. Second, I've learned to use only the yolk, not the entire egg, Nonna said it will be much more creamy. And here I am, roughly 40 years later, still following her recipe. You can do whatever you want ofcourse, I don't care if you put Nutella in your carbonara 😉
The master ♥️
RIP Antonio💔
