Masala Sandwich is a yummy street snack of crispy toasted sandwiches spiced with coriander chutney, stuffed with a delicious savory mashed potato stuffing and topped with a few crunchy veggies and then grilled or toasted. Since we all are fond of the typical Mumbai street food, I made them for all of you .
#Ingredients and their recipes :
#Toasted_Bread_Sandwich
Oil – 3 spoon
Onion – 2 (Chopped)
Green Chilli – 1 (Chopped)
Corianer Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Potato – 3 (mashed)
Salt to taste
Amchur Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Bread Slices – 4 nos
Butter – 1 tsp
Cucumber Slice – 2 nos
Tomato Slices – 2 nos
Chat Masala small pinch
Cheese Slice – 1
