Those are spring rolls.
Lovely recipe, love the way you rolled them up in spring roll wrappers👍 … however, I believe they are technically spring rolls and not egg rolls because of the wrappers you have chosen. However, I’m a traditionalist. But it’s a tremendous spring roll recipe… will have to try it sometime.
