Raw shrimp? Nah….. Oysters maybe, not shrimp….

There’s a lot of places in Mexico that don’t let the shrimp cook all the way. Like in Sinaloa, they only let it cook while everything is chopped. And that’s it. My family lets it cooked overnight or for more than like 3/5 hours. Al gusto I guess.
