In Charleston, South Carolina, Lewis Barbecue sells a Beef N’ Cheddar special on Fridays. Today, Morgan Bolling shows Julia Collin Davison how this sandwich can be recreated at home by reheating leftover sliced prime rib to get it nice and crispy, topped with a quick queso sauce in the microwave.
