Today we took a trip to Truth Barbeque in Houston, and tried to recreate their pork chop at home! It’s always a good idea to have a good pork chop recipe on hand, and this one came out absolutely delicious! Or at least go give Truth Barbeque a try!

  1. I like the overall idea of the pork chops but I find tea to be a vile substance. I wonder what it would be like using coffee? Something I will have to try soon….but no time this week….cooking for 55 wonderful people in a special needs community! Party on Wayne!

  2. I'm a huge fan of pork chops and loved the results you achieved. I am definitely going to try that brine. The entire video was so entertaining, with restaurant visit and your recreation of one their dishes, thank you 🥰.

  3. Aspiring YouTube channel here! We are struggling with framing for four people while we eat bbq and this set up look awesome. What camera and lens are y’all using to get that shot of yall sitting at the table??
