Bahan Adonan Donat:
250 gr terigu protein tinggi
2 telur dingin (110 gr)
Susu cair dingin/air es 40 gr
Sejumput garam
4 gr ragi instan
30 gr gula pasir
30 butter/margarin
Bahan Cream Cheese KW:
Keju cheddar parut 155 gr
Susu UHT 155 gr
2 sdm gula pasir
2 sdm terigu/maizena dicampur 2 sdm air
Tambahan:
Gula halus untuk coating
