Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍

Ingredients

Beef -1/2 kg
Pepper powder -3/4t tsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Water -1/4 cup

Marination

Cornflour -1tbsp
Maida -1tbsp
Soya sauce -2tbsp
Salt -1/4tsp
Ginger -1/2tsp
Garlic -1tsp
Green chilli -4
Celery -1/2tsp (opt)

Oil -for frying

Sugar -1/2tsp
Ginger -1tsp (finely chopped )
Garlic -2tbsp (finely chopped )
Onion -1/2 of small (finely chopped )
Celery -2 tsp (finely chopped )
Capsicum -1tbsp(finely chopped )
Green chilli -15
Onion -cubes (1/2 of 1)
Capsicum -(1/2 of 1 )
Oil -2tbsp
Hot Water – 1/2 cup
Soya sauce -1tbsp dark or 2 tbsp all purpose
Chilli sauce -1tbsp
Tomato ketchup -2tbsp
vinegar -1/4tsp
Salt –
Spring Onion –

Method

Take ½ kg of beef – wash clean and keep it aside. Cut it into small pieces or small strips. Take a cooker add the beef pieces, pepper powder , salt and ¼ glass of water . allow 3-4 whistles. Let it cool.

Take a bowl add finely chopped green chilly, ginger,garlic, celery, 1 tbsp of maida and cornflour, salt , pepper powder , soya sauce, mix well with the beef stock. Mix the pieces of beef in this marinade. Keep aside for 20 mins.

Fry the marinated beef pieces. Fry it or 4-5 minutes.

Take a wok add gingelly oil add finely chopped garlic, ginger, spring onion and capsicum. Add onion and sugar. Saute well. Add salt. Add green chilly , saute well. Add the chilly sauce,ketchup and dark soya sauce. Mix well. ¼ tsp vinegar and mix well. Add ½ cup of hot water. Check the spices. Add the cubed capsicum and onion. Mix well. Add the fried beef. Mix well. If you want more gravy add more hot water.

Garnish with spring onion, celery and some oil.
