  1. Rigatoni Taleggio
    – 1 lb Rigatoni pasta cooked
    – Save 2/3 cup pasta water for sauce below
    -1 lb broccoli florets cooked aldente , then minced by food proc. or blender
    -approx 1/4 lb Taleggio Cheese, remove rind and cut in cubes
    -1 1/2 c whole milk or half and half
    -1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
    -1tbs garlic powder
    -1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    -2 tbs olive oil
    -salt and pepper sauce to taste
    Cook above ingredients in sauce pot with oil stir until smooth. Mix in Rigatoni and serve
