Man dude has aged and has a double chin now. ๐ฎ
Mmm, I miss that smell.
What are most local people making with these chiles? Salsas? Green chili? Something else? Curious if anyone knows.
I got mine two weeks ago. My sis made fresh tortillas to eat with them while we peeled, chopped and bagged. Iโm good to go for the year!
And the far north panhandle of Texas.

Every chilies season I freeze a whole case last through the winter and yes we eat them with everything…delicious
Green chilies the chile i can never find in northern grocery stores and its essential for chile stew.
Delicious! I can almost smell those pods roasting through the screen.๐๐
Is it hatch chile season? S3ems like that already is past.
It's such a mark of autumn to have these heavenly smells waft through town each year. Delicious.
Is this the chili P Jesse used to cook with? ๐ง
