ROAST CHICKEN | a super easy whole roast chicken recipe (the easiest!)

Roast chicken is the ultimate kitchen staple! And my version is so ridiculously easy to make. There’s just three ingredients!

In today’s video, I’ll teach you how to roast a chicken, so that you no longer have to buy a rotisserie chicken from the store. My homemade roast chicken recipe just tastes better (trust me) and you can control the amount, quality, and type of seasoning. Plus, there’s the bonus that whole roasted chicken has the most insanely flavorful and crispy skin plus ultra juicy meat. It’s a great alternative to my baked chicken or slow cooker chicken recipe, so give it a try and let me know what you think!

Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. (Isaiah 55:7)
When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. (Mark 2:17)

  2. That chicken is a little too bland. Need to season better, including the inside cavity. I would personally also rinse the chicken with lemon juice to remove some of that fresh odor and any grime from handling.

  3. I don't understand what I did wrong ?! I was a bit reluctant for the 425F in first place (a very high temperature), but I though I would go with the recipe. And so, after some 15 minutes, the skin started sizzling, and the fat start jumping and spread all over the oven, causing a thick smoke. I had to turn everything off. Thanks for the answer.

  4. Hello D. We have been doing the cheecken here since Noah played with toy boats….but it's always been hit or miss. One time rubber, the next time dry, and the next near perfect. The cycle continued for eons. So today in search of the perfect luncheon bird sandwich material for my hunting pack (One must have sustenance) I started looking around and settled on your method. Just got through taking the meat off the bone and I have to say, possibly the best we ever cooked here. We seasoned well with Tony Chacerony, salt and pepper. It was still the teensiest bit raw (cavity check) at 165 so we let it go to 175. El perfecto! Writing to say thanks 10 hundred times. Ya done great! UPVOTE and RECOMMEND! (PS… We went to the store for a rotisserie chicken today (lazy way out) but they're always an hour out, somehow. So we bought the chicken.)

  5. I had to laugh at your question, 'Do you know how to roast a chicken?' Because I had to admit I really didn't have a method, just an approximation with varied results. Loved the ending … I'm a carcass picker too! Will be trying this recipe soon!

  6. Wow, such a great recipe!👍 Roasting a whole chicken is like a big task to me. I just bought roast chickens from Costco. Your version is so simple and easy and the chicken looks so juicy and flavorful😍😍. I'd like to give it a try. Thanks for the recipe!🙏❤

  7. Also, would you consider doing a meal prep video that is all about anti-inflammatory foods? If you have one already, I apologize I must have missed it. I know you have one about the anti-inflammatory foods you eat each week.
