Meatloaf Recipe:
🔹 Start with 2 lbs of @schweidandsons ground beef in a large mixing bowl.
🔹 Add 1 cup of bread crumbs, a diced medium sized white onion, 1/2 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of wash your sister sauce, and 1 egg.
🔹 Then add the seasonings: 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
🔹 Mix gently with your hands until everything is distributed evenly.
🔹 Transfer to a greased pan or skillet and shape it into a loaf.
🔹 Cook at 350F infill it reaches 130F internal.
🔹 Paint with a glaze made from 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp BBQ Rub.
🔹 Raise the heat to 400F and pull at 160F internal and let it rest for 7 minutes.
🔹 Enjoy!
