Ingredients
Thinly sliced pork belly 300g
Potato starch
Cooking oil (e.g. canola, sunflower, olive)
1 x onion
2 x spring onins
5 x Garlic cloves
1 x tablespoons of red chili powder
2 x table spoons of Cooking wine (Any cooking wine should be fine. I used matsul (from Korean mart))
5 x tablespoons of Soy sauce
3 x table spoons of Oligosaccharide (I used Oligodang from Korean mart. 3 x tablespoons of Oligodang can be replaced with 1 tablespoon of sugar)
