ヨーグルトや多くのスパイスを使わない、簡単タンドリーチキン！ 市販のカレー粉と冷蔵庫にある調味料だけで簡単にタンドリーチキンが作れます！ BBQにもピッタリなレシピなので、ぜひ作ってみてください！ ■材料 鶏胸肉1枚（250g想定） 塩　小さじ1/2 ★ケチャップ　大1 ★マヨネーズ　大1 ★カレー粉　大1 ★にんにくチューブ　2〜3センチ ★しょうがチューブ　2〜3センチ ■作り方 1.鶏肉を適当な大きさに切って、塩をまぶす 2.★の材料を混ぜ、1と合わせてよく揉み込む 3.冷蔵庫で1時間〜半日寝かせる（1日寝かせてもOK） 4.少量の油で、中火〜弱火くらいで焼く 5.火が通って、フライパンに残ったタレが水っぽければ、少し煮詰める 6.お皿に盛って完成！ ■ポイント ・強火だと周りだけ焦げるので注意。 ・焦げそうだったら弱火に落として蓋をして蒸し焼きにしてもいいです。 ・追いマヨでご飯が進むの間違いなし！ source
