3 to 4 green chillies
handful coriander leaves
500 grams chicken
1 tbsp full ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
2 medium onions
2 cloves
2 cardomon
1 black cardomon
few cinnamon sticks
4 to 5 pepper
1 tsp red chili
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander seed powder
1 pinch turmeric
1 tsp garam masala powder
3 medium ripe tomatoes sliced
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp full kasoori methi
