  1. Sorry – don't go this one – Overcooked Scallops? Booze or not – 8 mins'? These baby's can even be eaten raw!? – Better to put some garlic and chilli and garlic and parsley 'through' some cold butter and bottom and top the scallops with 2 knobs and B-b que with a dash of wine over No?…Au point'?……………

  2. So you kept the Roe/Gonads in place? I've never tasted that part. Only the white meaty part. How does that part differ in taste? Looks great / delicious. Thanks for the idea.
    I never thought to grill them.

Finding out we were contemporaries made me think if CBS could do it (maybe) I could too* (*see Tommy lasorda! Lol)

  4. DJ BBQ all the way! You sir made me a cook. I wish I went to cooking school when I was younger….but I guess it is never too late. Cheers from Bosnia and Herzegovina. PS. Come to Sarajevo, food here is amazing 🙂 (Almost all dishes are BBQ)
