Egg doesn’t belong, and hard boiled eggs are just nasty anyway. The rest looks great, although I’d probably shave the corn off the cob, you don’t want to have to stick your hands in your soup to eat some corn. I’d probably cut down on the amount of sausage (and use andouille instead of polish sausage) too, but that’s personal preference.

Id maybe put all the seasoning in some low sodium beef broth or vegtable broth to cut the butter and sauce.
For everyone commenting how salty it is. Notice that she didn't use the seasoning packet that comes with the ramen. It won't be salty if you omit the seasoning packet. Use one stick of unsalted butter instead of two sticks.
