Although I love seafood, I don't think this is one recipe I would make.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it's delicious. However, I prefer my "seafood" to taste like seafood (umami taste).
I think the natural "seafood" taste in this recipe is highly diminished, if not lost, due to so many seasonings added, especially the oyster sauce (which is mainly used in vegetables, meat and poultry to enhance flavor).
