1/2 inch Ginger (chopped)
Chili Garlic Sauce (quantity is all up to you)
3/4 cup Soda (sprite or 7up)
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Calamansi Juice
Salt

ESCABECHE

INGREDIENTS:

1 large sized fish (for this one, I’ve used Talakitok)
1 piece carrots
2 pcs. larged sized bell peppers
2 pcs. ripe tomatoes
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger cut into strips
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. banana ketchup
3/4 cups cane vinegar
fresh chili
salt
pepper
Jolly Claro Palm Olein (oil)
3/4 cups water
Corn Starch (Dissolved in 2 tbsp. water)

SPICY GINATAANG TILAPIA

INGREDIENTS:

2 Pcs Large sized Tilapia Fish
1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
1 medium sized Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 inch Ginger (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Green Onions (cut into an inch long)
Fresh Chili Slices (as many as you want)
1 tbsp. Fish Sauce
