Seafood boil sauce recipe | Eat Spicy with Tee
This seafood sauce recipe can feed snout 4 people adjust each seasoning amount to your liking)
1 large onion
1 cup of chopped garlic
Rosemary
Thyme
Cilantro (optional)
1/2 stick butter
1/3 cup of olive oil
Water as needed ( thick sauce less water thinner more water and add butter or olive oil as desired
All spice
Black pepper medley
1 tsp (fresh black cracked
pepper)
Red pepper flakes (a sprinkle)
Habanero (optional for very spicy
sauce)
Fennel seeds
1/2 cup Onion powder
1/2 cup garlic powder
1/3 cup lemon pepper
1 cup NO salt Tony’s
A sprinkle of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup paprika
A tsp smoked paprika
4 cloves
Ginger garlic pimiento seasoning (Caribbean traditions)
1/2 cup chicken bouillon ( this brand only) otherwise season to taste
1/3 cup of old bay ( if you don’t have old bad celery season will give it that distinct flavor but if you use celery salt or no salt celery seasoning you will have to season to taste
Fish sauce (optional)
1/2 cup sugar
2 small lemons
Shrimp broth or 4 shell on shrimp (optional
1 tsp Ba nam Cali (pho and bun Bo hue) (optional) very spicy

1/2 Fresh squeezed lemon at the end
1/2 stick butter at the end
You can add fresh thyme and cilantro at the end
Cook first about 1 hour

If you want to use butter instead of mostly olive oil and a little butter like I did use 2 sticks of butter

If you are vegetarian and or vegan you can use Kinders caramelized onions seasoning instead of chicken bouillon
And leave out the shrimp, shrimp broth as well as fish sauce
