Pig Wings hands down! Pig wings (pigs feet} are the most delectable meat I have ever eaten. My Grandmother used to make them for us. After they were cooked, she would put them in soup dishes (2 per dish) and add a soup to them. Then she would put them in the refrigerator so the soup would gel. Take them out of the fridge and heavenly delicious! In Croation it was called Ludnatina.
