  1. Sev ki barfi

    – To make unsalted Sev, mix together 1 cup Besan with 1 tbsp ghee and water as required to make a soft dough
    – Add this in a sev maker to make sev on a parchment paper or microwave safe plate
    – Microwave this for 5 minutes and let it cool
    – Crush and unsalted sev is ready
    – For the Barfi, add 1 litre full fat milk to a Kadhai, stir continuously and reduce this till its thickened and you have made khoya at home. Add bloomed kesar to this (this is optional)
    – To this add 1/2 cup cane sugar, 1 cup unsalted sev, along with 1 tbsp ghee and 1.5 tbsp rose water
    – Give it mix and let it sit in this mixture for 15 mins
    – Add in a greased thali and garnish with nuts and rose petals and silver work

  2. Hii natasha i am a sindhi and i absolutely love love singar ji mithai ❤ but in addition i would like to tell you that we can also make it with salted sev the tase would enhance with a little savoury addition 🎉
