this is my all time favorite desert when you take the sautéed Quince and bake in phyllo dough with pistachio and a caramel. the sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rose ice cream. serve with black tea or coffee… thank you so much for highlighting the versatile Quince. I hope one day to come to Istanbul to cook with you and family.
