On a solo camping trip recently I fancied cooking something a bit different than the usual grilled meat so decided to put my Cobb together with a standard mess tin and come up with a shepherds pie. Hi Craig – I love these non-barbecue options to campfire cooking and shepherd's pie is pretty left field so thanks a lot! Maybe I should ask Colman's, but what's in their spice mix that adds so much to the other (more traditional?) ingredients you used?
