Bourbon Barbecue Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
½ cup Stubb’s Hickory Bourbon BBQ sauce
1 cup chicken breast
1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
For garnish (optional): fresh chopped green onions, fresh cilantro
For serving: celery sticks, carrot stickers, crackers
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 3-quart baking dish. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, bbq sauce, chicken breast and cheese. Stir until well combined.
Add the dip mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
Serve warm.
