The shogayaki (ginger pork) is a quick & easy dish often served at Japanese pubs!

[Ingredients]
Desired amount of sliced pork belly & cabbages
Salt, pepper, flour
2 tablespoon sake, mirin, soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/6 grated onions
10g grated ginger

1. Add small incisions along the grain of pork.
2. Cover in salt & pepper, flour.
3. Make sauce with sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, onions, ginger.
4. Coat & heat pan with oil at medium high heat.
5. Put in pork, sear until both sides have sear marks. Wipe off excess oil.
6. Slightly lower the heat, add the sauce along with sliced ginger, move it around for a bit until sauce is gooey.
7. Place on top of chopped cabbages, enjoy!
