PB + J Smoothie π
Starting off our week of breakfast with the breakfast I make most mornings! Itβs simple, super quick and keeps me satisfied.
Ingredients
-1 frozen banana
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-1 scoop protein powder
-1 cup plant milk
Optional:
-spinach (I usually add this but ran out π₯²)
-chia seeds
-flax seeds
-hemp seeds
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
