Such unhealthy food just for convenience sake. People are literally being poisoned everyday that they eat with these pre-made things. Look up Maltodextrin that is in so many food like lipton onion soup mix and many more prepared foods.
What is maltodextrin? Maltodextrin is a white powder made from corn, rice, potato starch, or wheat. Even though it comes from plants, it's highly processed. The process of making it involves cooking the starches and then adding acids or enzymes, such as heat-stable bacterial alpha-amylase, to break it down further. highly processed.
