I’m definitely going to give this recipe a try as it looks like it will fit into a keto diet because it uses a small amount of corn starch and no hoisin sauce, and/or sugars😊
One thing! after the broccoli boiled for 2minutes, should suddenly knock the heat off by submerge in ice cold water to refreshing the broccoli and increase it's greenish. 🤷 Don't you think so? for optimising more professional talent?

what cooking oil did you use in the wok pan?
I appreciate this nice easy recipe, and look forward to trying it! However, the shrimp are overcooked. How do I know? Because they are tightly curled, which is a sure sign of toughness. Perfectly cooked shrimp are evenly pink with no gray, curled into a loose "C" shape. I would take them out of the pan as soon as they are almost at that point, and add them back in to finish cooking just before the sauce goes in.
Can add sliced carrots & button mushrooms to this combo. Ate at a Chinese restaurant, delicious.
This recipe looks delicious! If I wanted to add some heat to it and make it spicy would I add chili peppers? And if so, when? During the stir fry portion with broccoli or before? Thank you for sharing this marvelous looking recipe!
