2 peppers (green or red)
1/4 cup or more chopped onions
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup milk or heavy cream

Parmesean cheese

Assemble per video instructions. Add more of any liquid as needed. I prefer adding milk if needed.

  4. That looks so yummy. My husband would love this. I'm just now getting my appetite back from having Covid. Having my 3rd and final (in my opinion…lol) back surgery next month. Need to increase my protein. Love ur channel, especially PB.

  5. Looks delicious. Happy you stated in the video that it’s ok to just use milk and not cream since my stomach doesn’t do well foods that are too rich. I’ll be buying the ingredients on my next grocery store run and try it out.
